Chairman to the Trustees of St Clement Danes Church Air Vice-Marshal Alan Gillespie CBE welcomes the new Resident Chaplain,

I am delighted to welcome The Reverend Mark Perry as our next Resident Chaplain to St Clement Danes Church.  Mark started his appointment at the beginning of May 2022 and has settled into the role very well. On behalf of the Trustees, congregation, staff and all the supporters of the Central Church of the Royal Air Force, we welcome Mark and look forward to his continued spiritual and pastoral leadership during these challenging times.”

Padre Mark remarks,

“Being a chaplain in the Royal Air Force is a privilege. I serve extraordinary people, not least the Whole Force community from St Clement Danes and all that this beautiful Wren Church offers to the diverse family of the Royal Air Force. The Church’s history is something to behold and has an exciting future ahead.”
