Free lunchtime Recital ~ hosted by Ana Beard Fernández

Soprano Rachel Allen is joined by Ettore Marchi (chitarra) and Pablo Tejedor Gutiérrez (cello) in presenting a recital of 17th and 18th-century Spanish repertoire. The concert will feature songs by Spanish composers Hidalgo and Marín alongside Handel’s only spanish cantata, No se enmendará jamás and Spanish arias form Lully’s Le Bourgeois gentilhomme. The trio met and began collaborating while studying at the Royal College of Music.
