
Chloe Campbell Art Installation
You are invited to an exhibition for Chloe Campbell’s Art Installation on the Strand on Wednesday 9th April from 5 – 9PM. Chloe’s drawings have been printed on large scale and installed as a hoarding outside of St Clement Danes on the Strand during building work on the church. The exhibition is a journey, seeing Chloe’s art on the outside of the church and exploring inside the church.
Chloe was commissioned to make the installation by St Clement Danes Church, Universal Stone, Sheppard Architects, Stace, Hurst Pierce + Malcolm, the Diocese of London and the Royal Air Force (RAF). The installation is Chloe’s drawings of St Clement Danes, St Mary le Strand, St Martin-in-the-Fields, St Mary le Strand, St Martin-in-the-Fields, St Bride’s Church and St Paul’s Cathedral. Also, printed images of Chloe’s papercuts of the 52 churches in the City of London built by the office of Christopher Wren which she designed for a pack of playing cards.
The installation also has printed images of maps from the London Archives.
